Altitude of vineyards: 300 to 450 m. on the Gulf of Pozzuoli (south of Italy)

Training system: Guyot

Soil characteristics: calcareous clay, sandy franc and " Pozzolana Land" ( land rich of minerals and volcanic elements)

Harvest time: on average in the last week of September

Winemaking: The grapes manually harvested  , are winemaking in  traditional method  using " TORCHIO A MANO"  with consecutive fining in steel and glass.

Material Fermentation: stainless steel and glass

Fermentation temperature: 16°C/61°F

Alcohol content: 12  %

Odour: Delicate and intense fragrance, with fruit, mineral and floreal smell typical of this variety.
