The Longdrop Semi-Sweet Cider defines the category by delivering a cider made from nothing more than 100% NW apples. We blend Fuji, Gala, Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, and Granny Smith apples and ferment them with French wine yeast, preserved since prohibition. We add back a bit of the original juice to create a cider that achieves the perfect balance of sweet and tart.
